Antonette Huell brings together culinary expertise and nutrition science to create Food Theory's personalized meal preparation services. With a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and years of hands-on experience as a personal chef, Antonette understands both the cooking and nutrition aspects of meal preparation.

Founder & Personal Chef

Growing up in rural South Carolina, Antonette developed her passion for cooking in her family's kitchen, where food was central to connection and community. This foundation, combined with her formal nutrition education, enables her to prepare meals that are both nourishing and culturally meaningful.

 

Antonette successfully operated Food Theory in Washington State for 1.5 years, serving consistent clients before relocating to North Carolina. Her background in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University adds strategic thinking to her culinary and nutrition expertise.

 

She focuses on practical meal solutions that fit real life, preparing fresh meals that honor clients' cultural preferences while meeting their dietary needs and busy schedules.
